Due to the perishable nature of our organic food products and strict health and safety standards, Raghad Foods does not accept returns or exchanges on any food items. Please review your order carefully before confirming your purchase.
2. Damages and Issues:
We take great care in packaging our organic products to ensure they arrive fresh and safe. However, if your order arrives damaged, contaminated, or if you receive the wrong item, please inspect it immediately upon reception.
You may be eligible for a refund or replacement if:

The packaging is severely damaged or unsealed upon arrival.

3. Reporting an Issue:
To report an issue, please contact us at contact@raghadfoods.com within 48 hours of delivery.
To speed up the process, please include:

A photo of the damaged or incorrect item.

4. Refunds:
If your refund request is approved based on the evidence provided (photos/description), we will automatically refund you on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
5. Cancellations:
Orders may be cancelled only if they have not yet been dispatched for delivery. Once an order is out for delivery, it cannot be cancelled.
