1. Order Processing Times

Orders placed after [5:00 PM] or on [Fridays/Saturdays] will be processed the following business day.

You will receive a notification once your order has been handed over to our delivery partner.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We currently ship all across Egypt. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

3. Local Delivery & Pickup

Local Pickup: If you prefer to pick up your order personally, we offer a pickup option at New Cairo. You will receive an email when your order is ready.

Same-Day Delivery: Available for orders within New Cairo placed before 12:00 PM.
4. Packaging & Handling
Because our products (like olive oil) often come in glass containers, we take extra care in our packaging. Every bottle is secured with bubble wrap to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.
5. Damage & Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged (e.g., a broken bottle), please take a photo and contact us immediately at contact@raghadfoods.com or via WhatsApp at +201031054974. We will send a replacement or issue a refund right away.
